When will my order ship?

Pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 4 WEEKS for your piece to ship. (This does not include shipping time)
If I think your order may take longer than 4 weeks to complete, I will reach out via email and discuss a timeline with you 

You will receive a tracking number via email once it ships

What are your shipping policies?

Double check your address when checking out! Returned orders will NOT be refunded, and you will be required to purchase a new shipping label to reship your package. If a correct address is not provided within 7 days upon return, your order will be canceled and you will not receive a refund

Little Studio49 is not responsible for international tariffs, duties or taxes charged to customers upon an international delivery

Little Studio49 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you have any problems or concerns with lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) so they can best assist you

My piece was damaged during transport. Help!

I pack every piece carefully to ensure a safe delivery! However, If your item is damaged during transport, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve this manner. Email me with your order number, a photo of the damaged item AND packaging it was delivered in.

Once 24 hours have passed, Little Studio49 will not repair or replace damaged

goods.

What’s your cancellation, return and exchange policy?

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to email me and request a cancellation for full refund. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will receive a refund in the form of store credit. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem or concern with your order, please email me so we can resolve the issue
